Refund policy

- We happily accept returns and will refund you if you are dissatisfied with your purchase as long as the shoes are in perfect condition . ( not worn) 

Returns /Exchanges will only be valid for store credit within a TWO week time frame from the date the purchase was delivered. Tracking number on package will determine the date. Please keep in mind that the customer is responsible to pay for all shipping fees including the cost to ship the item in question. Items on SALE/Clearance are final sale. Heels must be in perfect condition in order to receive store credit.
